The Lemonade Diet

There is a new diet floating around that seems to be all the rage. It is called the lemonade diet. Truth be told, this diet has actually been around for about fifty years. It has been getting a surplus of recognition lately because of all the celebrities who have been sharing the results they ended up with while on this diet. Even though I, myself, am a little overweight, I don't look to celebrities for great diet ideas. Instead, I put more stock into what regular people like me think about this lemonade diet. The more research I did, the more I read about the success every day people like me were getting from this diet.

The lemonade diet was created by the Naturopath doctor, Stanley Burroughs, who realized that the first step one should take when losing weight is to detoxify the body. There are so many toxins and waste in your body that it would make sense to get rid of it in an effort to lose weight. People all around you can say, "All you need is exercise," or " All you need to do is eat right," or any other of the "little diet advices", they may have. Exercise is great, but all the waste and toxins that are in your body stays there. You can eat better but if you don't get rid of the old stuff in your body then you are just adding roses to manure....so to speak. So doesn't it make sense to clean out your body first.

The lemonade diet does just that. It is basically an all juice diet consisting of cayenne pepper, maple syrup, water, and of course lemon juice. after spending around ten days drinking this lemonade , you should see visible results. Of course, before you start any diet, you always check with your doctor to be sure that it is safe. With this diet, you are getting rid of all the toxins and waste from your body and as result you will not only feel better about the way you look, but you will notice just how great you feel physically. Some people who have tried this diet have claimed to be free of joint pain that had been plaguing them and other ailments that they have been suffering with. This diet is also known as The Master Cleanse Diet, and that is exactly what it does. It cleanses your body of all the toxins and waste that are harming your well being.

In the end, don't you feel like you owe it to your body to take the best care of it that you can!
