Being overweight is not fun. Millions of people every year try to solve their obesity problem by all types of methods. Diet plans, fitness regiments, and the new phenomenon diet pills.
Are diet pills really the answer to weight loss? It's hard to know without doing some experiments.
Luckily, we have been experimenting helping obese individuals for years. We have learned what works and what does not.
Over researching with three different obese individuals, we gave them three different weight loss pills. One took an ephedra based pill, one took avatrim, and the other took proactol. We noticed immediate response from all three of the individuals. They all were on a basic diet and a basic workout regimen of 30 minutes of working out, three times a week.
By week two, all three individuals had showed significant signs of improvement. The top weight loss was from a male who lost 30 pounds. 220 pounds to 190 after 14 days. The lowest was a female who lost 7 pounds in two weeks.
Now the real question, after the individual stops taking the diet pill, will the weight come back?
At week four we took the individuals off of the diet pills and had them continue with their diets and fitness regimens. There was a small weight increase, but it was not significant at all to even report.
It was obvious that herbal weight loss pills are great for losing weight immediately. It is up to the individual to keep the weight off after discontinuing use of the diet pill.
